Lyndsay Stiff

Lyndsay Stiff is a Senior Attorney at VisaNation Law Group PLLC. She has extensive experience with numerous business immigration-related visas, including EB-1 (A,B,C), L-1 (A & B), H-1B, EB-2 (PERM & NIW), O-1 (A & B), TN, and more. Lyndsay has worked closely with a range of clients, from large multinational corporations to individual clients, and treats each case and client as equally important. She has thoroughly responded to all RFEs (or NOIDs) on above case types with a 90+% approval rate. Lyndsay has also led and trained teams of 60+ paralegals and technical writers.

Lyndsay graduated with her JD from University of Michigan Law School in 2012, and also concurrently obtained dual Master of Arts Degrees from University of Michigan Rackham Graduate School in both Asian Studies: Japan, and Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies in 2012. She attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate studies, and graduated with dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Russian, and East Asian Studies – Japan in 2008. Lyndsay has a love for travel and has studied abroad in multiple countries and has working knowledge in Russian, Japanese, and Spanish.

Outside of her legal work, Lyndsay enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and studying history. She also tries to keep up with CrossFit, ballroom dancing, figure skating, and hiking. Lyndsay is a proud “dog mom” of a Giant Schnauzer named Zoey.
