As one of our Senior Paralegals, Rupali has a rich and diverse background in the field of immigration law. Rupali embarked on her immigration career in 2003 when she arrived in the United States. Her initial step into the complex world of immigration law was marked by her work in Immigration Litigation. Between 2003 to 2005, she handled intricate deportation matters, asylum cases, and removal proceedings.
In 2005, Rupali expanded her expertise into Employment and Family-based Immigration. By 2008, Rupali’s reputation as a seasoned immigration professional had grown, leading her to take on a leadership role as the Head of the Immigration Department within a corporate setting. During this period, she single-handedly managed all immigration matters for the corporation, which included handling H1B and L1-A visa petitions, PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and I-485 adjustment of status applications. Her role also involved ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and maintaining public access files. Rupali’s ability to collaborate seamlessly with the Human Resources department and effectively communicate with USCIS Field Officers during site visits further solidified her reputation as an immigration expert.
From 2012 to the present, Rupali has continued to excel in Employment-based Immigration, focusing primarily on H1B and L1A visas, EB1 immigrant petitions, and I-485 adjustment of status applications.
Her commitment to staying current with evolving immigration policies and her dedication to serving her clients’ needs have remained unwavering throughout her career.
